Making a Plastic Micro-Pipette

		For treating micro organisms, it is nessesary to customize a micro-pipette with adjusting the tip size to the organisms. In our laboratory, we have been using our original micro-pipette made by plastic.

	Hard (Polyethylene) and Soft (Silicon) tubes Cut them to appropriate size Heat at the center of the hard one Stop heating and strech gradually (Piano! Piano!) Cut the tube Heat one side of the soft tube Push the end using a pliers put them together
